(DBA Superior Landscaping), bills for irrigation's yearly services of turn on/shut off if and when the customer signs and dates contract for the amount shown above for the contract amount. All invoices are to be paid before service can begin. If customer wants to reconcile invoice amount with Credit Card/ACH/Debit, a 3% convenience fee will be added.
